Digital delivery policy

PluginLabs sells digital products and services. Nothing is physically shipped: approved orders are delivered electronically to your account and purchasing email.

Effective 30 July 2026
Plain-language commitment

PluginLabs sells digital products and services. Nothing is physically shipped: approved orders are delivered electronically to your account and purchasing email.

1. Delivery method

After successful payment, downloadable products, licence keys and receipts will be made available in the purchasing account and may also be sent to the purchasing email address. API or hosted-service access will be activated electronically.

2. Delivery timing

  • Standard plugin purchases: normally immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Orders requiring fraud or payment review: normally within 1 business day.
  • Custom work or setup: according to the written scope and milestone schedule.
  • If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where applicable.

3. Customer requirements

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to your account, checking product requirements and keeping secure backups. Product pages will identify supported platforms, versions and dependencies.

4. Updates and support

The product licence states the included update and support period. Downloads and updates remain available only while the applicable licence or entitlement is active, subject to reasonable security and abuse controls.

5. Delivery problems

If access is not available within the stated period, contact support@pluginlabs.cloud with the order number and purchasing email. Do not send card numbers, passwords or secret keys. We will investigate and either restore delivery, provide an equivalent remedy or issue a refund where required.

6. No physical shipping

Digital-only fulfilment

PluginLabs does not currently sell or ship physical goods. Shipping rates, carriers, import duties and delivery destinations therefore do not apply.
